I run Buenos Aires in 2008 and I enjoyed it. The first 15 kilometers leads over the motorway but then you turn into the widest street of the world (Avenida 9 de Julio), pass obelisco, Plaza de Mayo and the futbol stadium of Boca Juniors in the quarter of Boca. Then San Telmo, Puerto Madero and Aeroparque airport. Afterwards the stadium of the other great team: River Plate, bevor you cross the finish-line..
Buenos Aires is a wonderful and incredible city!
