bonjour ,j’ai courus le semi marathon et c’était très bien ;c’est mieux quand on sait parler l’allemand ou l’anglais; parler en courant c’est sympa;
mon petit souci aura été de courir le semi avec des chaussures de trail; bien qu’accidenté, c’est un parcours roulant et c’est mieux de le courir avec des chaussures de route; bonne continuation
